The warranties offered are subject to the following terms:

• Warranty is to the original purchaser with original proof of purchase.
• The product has not been altered or modified other than in accordance with fitting instructions.
• Failure was not caused by improper installation, use, cleaning, maintaining or repairing of the product. It should be noted casters are not classed as residential use.
• Guarantee does not cover burns, indentations, scrapes, stains or reduction in gloss levels due to normal use. Nor does it cover any exterior applications.
• Humidity and temperature of environment that floor is installed in must be within guidelines indicated on fitting instructions.
• If asked, reasonable access and facilities at the property must be made available to ourselves, our employees or agents for the purposes of assessing a claim.
• To the extent that the claim is valid we will at our discretion:
  • Repair the damaged panels
  • Replace the damaged panels
  • Refund the original purchase price of the damaged panels

  Or if the product is no longer in our current range

  • Replace all of the panels of product installed limited to the room the damaged panels are in with an equivalent product in our current range
  • Refund the original purchase price of all panels of the product installed in the same room as the damaged panels, subject to a reduction pro-rata of the cost over the life of the warranty
• The guarantee is for the replacement or refund of flooring only, no labour (including labour cost for installation of replacement floor) or costs incurred with loss of time, incidental expenses or any other damage. Gapping, shrinkage, squeaks or sub floor related issues are not covered under this warranty.
