Underlay

Choosing the right underlay is important when installing any floor. That is why we stock a range of options from wood and vinyl to engineered and laminate underlay. Underlay or flooring underlayment usually consists of a layer of cushioning made of materials such as natural rubber, wood fibers, foam, felt, foil and more. This material is laid beneath carpet or flooring to provide comfort underfoot, to reduce wear on the floor, and to provide insulation against sound, moisture, and heat.
